The NOS (New Old Stock) brush in this box had a tag with a bulldog picture on it:

That reminded me of this line in a 1925 ad and gives a rough estimation of the box's time period and age:

It also appears to be the box shown in Rubberset's 1921 brush catalog:

Note the plug for the Bristol-Myers product Ingram's shaving cream.  That puts this box somewhere between July 1934 and July 1956 when the company owned Rubberset.

The box above held a Rubberset model 203 brush and used the company address of  56 Ferry Street, Newark 5, N.J. --- their original location.

The box below came with a NOS (New Old Stock) B-19 travel brush with the warranty card. The address - 146 Haynes Ave., Newark 5, N.J. - was purchased by the company in 1950 and served as their new headquarters.

This one came from a NOS 400-4 brush and had the exact same warranty card as above.

Ruberset Logo: Joe the Barber KnowsThis box states the packaging was adopted in September of 1951.  It has the same warranty card as above showing the company address at 146 Haynes Avenue, Newark 5, N.J.
This would have been during the late Bristol-Myers ownership days, so sometime between September 1951 and July 1956 (when they sold to Sherwin-Williams).  The logo for "Rubberset" has a lower case "u".

Note the plug for Ingram shaving cream instead of Berset shaving cream which Rubberset was originally selling.

I would be curious to see what address is on the warranty card that came with this package. The logo on the box was first used in November 1956.  This one contained a new model 400-3.
